My first confirmed Sears mail-order house

For the past several months I've been obsessing over local history, my uncle also runs a blog, a legit blog on Ray City history, check that out here. But over time I've zeroed in on this obsession with Sears homes. Sears homes especially, but mail-order homes in general are extremely interesting to me.When I first started researching 'Sears' homes (that's how I'll refer to them from here on out, unless I know the true manufacturer's name) I was under the impression that they were somewhat rare. Most are now a hundred years old and many just didn't make it. But as I poured over pictures and catalogs I began to recognize the styles and realized Valdosta had similar homes and the more driving and researching I did the more Sears homes I began to 'find'. There's more I'd like to share but before I get overwhelmed I'll share my first 'confirmed' Sears house.
